Omar was a client of mine. I put him on a bodyweight program because that was his request and I used this exact program. Here is what Omar had to say:
"I'm an outdoor person. I love to be outside in nature. I wanted to put on muscle mass and be able to achieve great feats of strength.
I didn't want to go to a gym. I wanted to simply use my own bodyweight because it's more natural.
When I began working with Saeed, I told him that and he was more than happy because he also trains mostly with his bodyweight.
When I started this program, I was a complete beginner. I had never experimented with any kind of resistance training before. I never thought I could get ripped from bodyweight training alone.
Not only did I get ripped, but I progressed into advanced moves and now I'm able to do most of them. My strength and size continue to increase and I'm proud to show my body on the beach.
I'm currently on part 3 and it's very challenging. The beautiful thing about this program is that it's constantly pushing you to progress and get stronger everyday.
You can never say "that's it, I'm done" because the program is designed to make you always push your boundaries and do extraordinary things only few people are capable of doing."
